Journey through a 4-week series that builds on the foundations of aerial yoga. Gain courage and strength while you increase flexibility and decrease stress.
Designed with the beginner in mind. Week 1, you’ll learn basic hand positions and body alignment as we move through various traditional yoga poses within the silk. Weeks 2 and 3 you’ll build confidence as we move to sitting and standing poses in the silk. You’ll end the series with the opportunity to experience full body release through inversions within the silk.
